The Creative Alchemist

There is a new podcast in town!  A title inspired by the Novel "The Alchemist" where we pursue our dreams by following our hearts desire. 

Alchemy; the definition: A Magical process of transformation, creation, or combination.

Here we have a podcast where two

people with vastly different processes combine knowledge and lifestyles to help others create a successful business while doing what they love. 

Lori Miller is the Creative: A lover of Art and a background in Mental Health and Wellness. Lori had to find a way to process the day-to-day operations needed to run her design firm and her private counseling business.

With degrees in Mental Health and Interior Design Lori is an award-winning designer and understands people and how puzzle pieces fit together.

Ted Santos is the Alchemist: With a very strong belief that there is order in all things, even chaos, and the process will take you to the finish line. Ted is able to map out the details to help you know "what you don't know you don’t know".  By doing so, he helps people uncover the blind spots that derail success.

His path to develop those skills happened in an unorthodox way.  At nine years old, he wanted to understand people.  So he started researching human behavior to discover what motivates men and women. He later transferred that knowledge to his career as a corporate executive.  He found that if he transformed the mindset of people in an organization, he could turn employees into high performers and the business would experience high growth. 

It's magical to watch people go through transformation. They learn to process information differently and innovate. He now serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs of midsize companies and serves as the Chairman of The Board of Veteran CEO's.

With their years of experience and desire to teach, Ted & Lori together take your dreams and make them a reality.

A format of fun guests with expertise in Law, Accounting, Marketing, Social Media and other necessary areas of business makes this the must listen-to Podcast of the year.

We will air every Thursday evening.
