For decades, women have fought for equality in the
workplace. However, do they fight
for social equality? Social
equality would require women to take on the same level of responsibility as men
while dating or married. Are most
women mentally prepared for that?
Or do they want
to cherry pick equality?
As women move up the corporate ladder and men are displaced,
will women have to change their criterion for a suitable mate? As the population of stay at home dads
increases, the career woman may have to start making new decisions about the
ideal man to date.
While women benefit, what is happening with men? Are men benefiting? As divorce continues to plague the US,
who is really winning in the battle of the sexes? Has society benefited?
If society continues on this trajectory of more women in the workforce,
how will that impact the US’ competitive edge on a global scale?

perspectives? Or will you stick
with status quo?
