This interview happened approximately 12 months ago. In the interview, I reveal an intimate phone conversation I had with the former CEO of Dun & Bradstreet. Over the course of several weeks,he and I discussed a problem corporate America has not been able to solve. In fact, as he said, CEOs are not even thinking about the problem to be able to solve it. Instead, it is factored in as business as usual.
However, the covid pandemic may have forced businesses to partially solve the problem in the face of the federal reserve raising interest rates a couple of years ago. Perhaps the pandemic pushed the US into a new economic paradigm. If so, has your enterprise been able to take advantage of this new paradigm to drive unprecedented growth?
